Mr. Robinson argues that unlike its counterpart during fear-based choice with segregation academies in te 1950s and 1960s after the 'Brown v. Board' decision, black communities can benefit from freedom-based choice that school vouchers bring. Given that the last Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies survey showed that 57% of blacks support school vouchers, most folks agree with Mr. Robinson.
