In an effort to attract more black voters, boxing promoter Don King, 2003 Miss America Erika Harold and Texas Railroad Commissioner Michael Williams will join RNC chairman Ed Gillespie in meeting with black business leaders. Tour stops: Detroit, New York, Philadelphia and Miami. President George W. Bush received just 9% black support in 2000, the worst showing by the GOP since Barry Goldwater in 1964.
