Mr. Lowry argues that President George W. Bush's quasi-amnesty proposal for illegal immigrants has increased the rate of attempted border crossings and tragic deaths. He states that USA should get serious about enforcing its immigration laws, stop giving the advantages of citizenship to illegals, and send a strong message that our borders mean something. Amen.
