Housing Chief: "Democrats Get Blacks in Victim Mode"

Black liberal leaders spread a victimization message that leads most blacks to vote Democratic, Secretary Alphonso Jackson said yesterday. "They have made a living telling black people they are victims. As long as they keep them in victim mode, they have liberals who will take care of them."
