'Hitch' At The Box-Office

The new romantic comedy starring Will Smith won the hearts and dollars of moviegoers at the weekend box office. The film, which also stars Eva Mendes and Kevin James, took the top spot with $45.3 million in sales. It was the fifth-straight number one debut for Mr. Smith, following "Shark Tale," "I, Robot," "Bad Boys II" and "Men in Black II." Another article said that 'Hitch' had the biggest opening ever for a romantic comedy.

Great news. We'd be even more impressed if Hollywood had cast a black co-lead. White liberal elites believe that black romance is impossible, hence why Ms. Mendes is cast in more romantic roles with black male actors than black actresses. Why it's important for blacks to make and finance our own movies.
