A 'shoot to kill on sight' order goes out with regard to those caught with terrorist mate[r]ials, about to carry out a terrorist plot, or found involved in a plot in some way. 2. A WMD is used against Israel resulting in massive loss of life and a devastating Israeli nuclear response. If they have nukes, that is. 3. The media acknowledge that the Islamic world is at war with us. 4. Islamic countries pretending to be our friends take off the mask and show their true nihilist face against us. 5. Mass expulsions of Muslims, destruction of mosques, and pitched battles in countries around the globe as nations decide to rid themselves of the fifth column in their midst. 6. An amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would outlaw Islam. 7. A vast explosion in D.C. or some other western city. 8. Civil wars in the west, as citizens fight Muslims. No matter where one looks, war."
