Self-Help Website: Black Gives Back

Black Gives Back is a blog dedicated to philanthropy in the black community, although it tends to focus on philanthropy by black celebrities. Recent topics include how rapper Master P is building youth centers in poor communities throughout the U.S., football star Warrick Dunn's foundation, a benefit concert by singer Ne-Yo (hat tip: Black Informant).

Personally, I believe this blog has great potential if it focuses a lot more on philanthropy by rank and file black folks. One does not need to be rich and famous to be a donor.
