The conservative blogger focuses on this morning's 6-3 U.S. Supreme Court ruling over Indiana's voter identificion law: "Silly, overreacting, hyperbole-uttering black politicians bored with the important work they should be doing will have to get over themselves. The Supreme Court has spoken: it is not unconstitutional [or racist] to require voters to present photo identification before voting. (Source). Always reminded of the Stepin Fetchit stereotype whenever black liberal politicians open their mouths, I’m pleased the court understands that no matter who you are, what color, or how old, you’re expected to be a responsible, law-abiding citizen reasonably intelligent enough to get yourself down to the local DMV and obtain a driver’s license or non-driver’s license ID before you can vote. If you’re not, shuffle along."

As a Super Liberal - I never understood the objection to Identification at polls. Providing ID is simply a check "are you who you say you are?" And if this is about little old ladies and gentlemen who are presumabaly poor and frail, then how on earth are they cashing those pensions and social security checks? ID is a simple thing.
If it's that serious, couldn't we (concerned citizens of any political stripe) include encouraging people to get photo ID as apart of voter education programs? I think this so-called problem is easily resolved.
