Michael Chishala, a libertarian-oriented web developer in Lusaka, Zambia, opines about U.S. President Obama's recent announcement that he is ramping up stimulus spending in the next three months: "This US stimulus package is just another way to siphon out tax payer money and use it on useless govt projects to gain more votes in future."
He worries about USA, and global implications: "The state of USA philosophically is depressing. If America can do so many crap things, what more the rest of the world especially Africa?"
