Ayaan Hirsi Ali on Free Speech, Death Threats & Islam

Before her speech last Tuesday, the Somali-born libertarian feminist sat down for an interview about free speech, living with death threats due to her vociferous critique of Islam, and how she believes that Islamic doctrine is incompatible with human rights (hat tip: Ayaan Hirsi Ali Blog):



While I'm on the subject of Ms. Hirsi Ali....folks' tongues continue to wag over Sunday's breaking news re: how conservative British historian Niall Ferguson dumped his wife of 16 years for Ms. Hirsi Ali. White supremacist website Stormfront is upset, with nasty things to say about both individuals. Same goes for SomaliNet, with several folks even calling for jihad murder (more specifically, at the hands of Somali jihad group Al-Shabaab) of her.
