Who are the hottest moderate, moderate-conservative, libertarian, and conservative women of black African descent? Well, the readers of Booker Rising have spoken! Twenty women were nominated for the inaugural list. Over five days of voting, the Top 10 semi-finalists were then whittled down to three finalists by hundreds of Booker Rising reader votes.
