The conservative blogger in California writes: "Last month I told you about the Department of Justice directing the city of Dayton, Ohio, to lower its standards, because too many blacks failed to reach them. That was bad. But it gets worse. Dayton has tossed the written exam altogether and instead will rely on subjective oral interviews. The subjective aspect of hiring and promoting is what civil service exams were created to eliminate. Now it’s back, only this time, blacks will receive the thumb-on-the-scale advantage."
More: "We have overcome, indeed. Our ancestors who risked life and limb to get an education and demanded equal treatment from their government would be proud. Read about Booker T. Washington’s struggle to get an education. The story brings tears to my eyes, every time."
