Dr. Moyo, a Zambian-born moderate-conservative economist, has had two best-sellers: (1) Dead Aid (2009), which criticized the foreign aid industry in Africa; and (2) this year's How The West Was Lost, which mainly zeroed in USA's economic mistakes and how to rectify them.
Ol' girl has been laying low for awhile.
