Yes, it's that time of the year again: Booker Rising's biannual fundraising drive. On Friday, May 11, Booker Rising celebrates its 8th year (you can see the blog's very post here).
As mentioned back in January, I had to delay redesigning the blog (which was last done in 2008). As you know, my schedule has been crazy busy this year, which prevented regular blog posting until recently. Now that I'm getting around to the redesign, the designer has increased his price somewhat in the interim as well.
For Booker Rising's 8th birthday, my goal is to raise $800. Booker Rising is the only one-stop source on the Internet on the global black center-right, from America to Zimbabwe. It's the go-to source for black center-right news, amid a vast sea of black center-left news sources. If only 32 of my readers contribute $25, the May goal will be met.
