The conservative Republican blogger in New York City slams Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel for caring more about Chick-Fil-A than the city's high crime rate: "What are Chicago values? I once again followed my own challenge and 'googled' 'Chicago shootings' and like the sun coming up in the east, just yesterday 6 more people were shot in the city of Chicago. The murder rate in the Windy City is up more than 60%. Is Mayor Emanuel doing anything about it? Not from where I’m sitting because week in and week out at least 11 to 25 people are shot in his city."
More commentary from Mr. Gonzalez: "As Liberals are in firm control in the Windy City, African Americans are cut down like bushels of wheat. The situation is out of control and Democrats don’t seem to mind as long as the problem remains in the ‘hood. Add to this, morally-challenged Liberals are once again showing bigotry against the Christian faith."
