| Rep. West ain't amused by the attack ad against him |
The conservative Republican Congressman discusses the racist Democratic attack ad against him. From NewsMax: "Speaking with Fox News' Sean Hannity, the Florida Republican described a super PAC ad depicting him punching white women as racist because it portrays him as what he characterized as a 'stereotypical' violent, black male. 'It has me with a gold tooth. And I think you can see from my smile, I don't have a gold tooth,' West told Hannity. 'I think that that is quite stereotypical. And then of course having me as an African-American male, punching a white senior woman and then another white woman, that is definitely not in concert with the values that I stand for.'"
Rep. West ain't done talking about the Democrats: "West said he believes the Democrats and the Obama campaign have adopted a strategy to go after 'black conservatives' in the Republican Party, including Condoleezza Rice and others because 'we intimidate them.' 'They’re afraid of us because there are more of us that are able to stand up on our own and talk about the failures of liberal progressive policies, especially toward the black community,' West said. 'They....definitely don’t want to have individuals that can stand up on their own.'"
