I say it's fraud because that was clearly not a 2/3 vote by the delegates in favor of the motion. And Democrats wonder why Republicans always talk about voter fraud? LOL The vote was taken after the party got a lot of backlash and negative attention for the omissions. When even Marxists like former White House advisor Van Jones cry foul about the 'God' omission, you know you're in trouble:
Mr. Ref: "The 'No' Votes Got Screwed"
The conservative in North Carolina tweets:"And the look on [Los Angeles Mayor] Antonio Villaraigosa's face after
the second vote? PRICELESS. *LMAO*" He continues: "If The Daily Show
fails to clown Villaraigosa for that vote, then Jon Stewart's a punk.
Straight up."
More: "[Republican National Committee chairman] Reince Priebus is having a hard-on in anticipation of cutting that video into a political ad to unleash it in every state in the union." He adds: "The only problem is that CSpan forbids their footage being used as an attack ad. Hopefully the RNC has their own raw feed to get footage." He ain't done just yet: "*LOL* The 'No' votes did get screwed. There was NO way Villaraigosa could have concluded there were 2/3rds in favor."
Ken Blackwell: "Democratic Quick-Change Artists"
The conservative Republican pundit argues that today's vote shows that Democrats are hostile towards religion and Israel: "The party was clearly embarrassed because its platform failed to mention God and overlooked the party’s historic support for Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. So, they managed to gavel it through."
More: "So now, the Democratic platform has been changed. Are we satisfied? Does anyone think that a party that has to be arm-wrestled into acknowledging God is sincere?"
He continues his commentary: "Does anyone think that if he is re-elected President Obama will hasten to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel? For the past four
years, he has gone out of his way to avoid setting foot in Jerusalem. He’s been to Ankara, Turkey. He’s been to Cairo, Egypt. He went to Jakarta, Indonesia, where he denounced the Israelis for building apartments in Jerusalem. No Jews can live in Jakarta at all."
Samuel Gonzalez: "Chaos Erupts As God-Hating Democrats Scramble To Put God Back Into Party Platform To Avoid Criticism"
The conservative Republican blogger in New York City writes: "What we have here is what Rush Limbaugh frequently calls a 'teachable moment' about the true nature of Liberals. Here it is: They really don’t believe in God and only pay lip service that they do. Once you understand this simple truth everything else
about Liberalism becomes easier to understand. The reason they removed the word 'God' from their platform in the first place is because they believe their God is government and not a supreme being greater than themselves."
