The conservative Republican Congressman from South Carolina has crashed the Democratic National Convention in neighboring North Carolina to call attention to the president's record in a press conference with a group called "Obama Isn't Working". From the Sacramento Bee: "Scott pounced on a remark from Obama two years ago where the president said he would give himself an incomplete grade because the economy hasn't fully rebounded. Scott says he flunked out of ninth grade and he knows an 'incomplete' is really just a way to hide a failing grade. Scott credits a mentor with turning his life around after his academic troubles."
