The former ran for another term knowing damn well he was under scrutiny [for allegedly trying to buy now-President Barack Obama's old U.S. Senate seat, as well as allegedly misusing campaign funds on his home and his mistress], while the latter ignored that — and his so-called 'emotional problems' — for months, all while voting to return him to Congress with more than 60% of the vote. Foolishness begets more foolishness, and when you endorse it you get exactly what you deserve."
