Ghana: Center-Right Will Go To Court To Challenge Presidential Election Results

The center-right NPP charges that there was election fraud at some polling stations
From Citi FM Online (Ghana), on the country's center-right: "The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will proceed to court with its evidence to challenge the results of the December 7 polls before Friday.  The party has until the end of this week to start processes at the Supreme Court to contest the 7 December declaration of the 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary elections results."

The article continues about the NPP: "According to the Executive Director of the [center-right] Danquah Institute, Gabby Otchere Darko, the party has finished gathering details of the voting irregularities across the country and is preparing to proceed to court. According to the country’s electoral laws, the NPP has 21 days after the declaration of the results to challenge in court."
