On March 1, 1781, the Continental Congress ratified the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union establishing USA as a confederation of the 13 founding coloniies-turned-states. It marked the United States of America's first constitution (until what we now know as our constitution replaced it in 1789). What sort of history do you plan to make this weekend?
