First, he refuses to accept fatherhood of the sequester, and second he’s putting the blame on the GOP. Now if the economy improves he’s cut himself off from being able to take credit for it or if the economy tanks further or remains stagnant, the GOP can again remind people that the sequester was Obama’s idea in the first place."
