Quiz: Where Are You On The Presidential Landscape?

Yet another fun political quiz (hat tip: plezWorld) that spits out which presidential candidates come closest to your views on various issues. However, this one is done by a consortium of Dutch companies, presumably for Dutch folks following the U.S. election.

My results said that former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, a moderate Republican, comes closest to my views. In three polls, I’ve had Mitt Romney listed as my ideal candidate once, and Mr. Giuliani twice. Sen. Barack Obama is listed as furthest from my views. That is the third straight poll that lists Obama as furthest from my views.

On gun control, I concur with New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, a gun rights advocate (but not rabidly so) who has since withdrawn from the Democratic race. On the environment, I was on my own but came closest to Fred Thompson who has since withdrawn from the Republican race. On the War In Iraq, I was again on my own, but Mike Huckabee was the closest to me. On the economy, I concur with Rep. Ron Paul. No surprise there, as he is a libertarian Republican and I take the libertarian position almost 90% of the time on fiscal matters. On income, I was on my own but Rudy Giuliani was closest to me. On national security, I concur with Mr. Huckabee. On the family, I was on my own, but Sen. Barack Obama was closest to me. On immigration, I was on my own, but equidistant between Sen. McCain and Ron Paul…which is scary to me since I’m not an open borders gal. On health care, I concur with Sen. McCain. On law & order, I’m on my own, but closest to Giuliani. On education, again on my own, but closest to Sen. McCain. On terrorism, I concur with Fred Thompson.
